There are several distinct advantages to the international investor :

Firstly , the climate is excellent throughout the year , with daytime average of 30 celcius and 20 - 25 celcius in the evenings.

Secondly , the flying time from Europe is much more acceptable than the established destinations in the south eg. Rio de Janeiro , with mainland Europe only about a 7 hour flight to Natal and Salvador.

The airports of Recife (80km) and Natal (140km) are approx. 1 and 2 hours drive , and Joao Pessoa airport is also due to start receiving international flights soon. All 3 airports and the roads within the area are currently expanding , together with other forms of infastructure , from what is generally , already a good standard.
